“I was trying to use the ATM at this bank, even though I bank with a different institution. The door to the ATM area was probably malfunctioning, and I think the card reader that allows customers to enter the ATM area was not working properly. One of the bank employees was there before his shift started, and when he saw that I was having trouble getting inside, he asked if I needed to access the ATM and offered to get the key to let me in. He was kind enough to do so, allowing me to access the ATM and complete my transaction before the bank even opened. I really appreciated his willingness to go out of his way to help me before his workday had even started. It was very kind of him and an excellent example of great customer service.”

“This facility is always clean, well appointed and quiet. Highly professional staff, from the on duty Security personnel to all of the Cashiers, Customer Service Reps., Loan Officers and Managers. They do business the way it use to be done. The employees are dressed for business, no jogging suits, exposed underpants, spandex or gym shoes. I always feel safe when at this installation and never feel as though I am not welcomed, as with most modern day businesses across the board, retail, service, fast food etc., I have never experienced negative attitudes from any of the employees while at this location.”
