I visited the store to exchange a gift I received from a friend. Pierce was the person that assisted me. Few mins later, Dwight came out and questioned my relationship with the gift purchaser, which I thought was extremely rude.
I asked him why does it matter? He said because they didn’t put it back as a store credit for the exchange, instead they refunded back to the original purchaser and the original purchaser would be notified.
I was mortified and disappointed that the way this was handled.
During our conversation, I addressed pierce and Dwight as you guys and Dwight raised his voice and said “don’t call me you guys”!!! The he proceed to tell me it’s not his fault. It’s the computers fault?!?!?!?! I should blame the system and not him???????
When we first entered the store, there was a huge dog barking at me and my child. It seemed like it belonged to another employee. This location is a mess. I don’t recommend to anyone. Make your purchase online.

Dwight helped me to track down an item that I was looking for and was super helpful and nice! Packaged everything to perfection and got to me fast. Thank you Dwight for making my Jonathan Adler dreams come true!

Staff was very helpful and even had an item that is no longer available, the employee happened to find the last one in the back room! Very glad I went in here.:)

I purchased a large area rug. The rug was gorgeous, but after delivery I noted several black marks on the ivory rug. I emailed the company ten days after delivery. They refused to offer any cleaning or assassins I waited ten days to contact them and didn’t note it on the delivery ticket. The delivery men didn’t speak any English nor ask me to inspect the rug.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the service provided and the quality of their barstools, which posed a serious hazard when it broke while sitting on it. It's evident that negative reviews hold no weight for them, receiving a response indicating no replacement is available is deeply upsetting.
Repair isn't an option as the male part in the chair leg is broken, and the chair's quality is already questionable. Thus, I cannot heed their suggestion to take it to a local repair shop to fix the workmanship issues.
Don’t buy furniture from them if you’re looking for sturdy safe pieces.

Terrible customer service for corporate gifting.
I was in contact with the Manager of International Corporate Gifting. She sent me a first email, and I replied to her the same day. It's been almost 3 weeks now, and I still haven't heard from her. I even sent another catch up email, but never received any reply.
I had to find an urgent alternative solution with another company for the corporate gifts, so they could arrive on time.
I am very very disappointed. Especially as I've bought a lot of items from this brand.

Think twice before you purchase something from them! I’m having quality issues with the stitching unraveling on the Flow Leather Cocktail Table after a very short time of owning it. They refused to replace or refund the item, which is very disappointing for such a reputable brand and a high ticket item. I worked in home decor product development for years, and would expect much better customer service. Definitely will not continue to be a loyal JA customer.

We have ordered many items from Jonathan Adler. Some items take longer than others for delivery. We recently ordered the Rider two tier table on June28th and then the Rider X benchx2 on July 4th. We received the bench on July 6th and we’re very happy. The table was supposedly shipped on the 7th and heard nothing. I waited and contacted JA the week before last and they told me that order was shipped and they have 15business days for delivery partner to make contact and that I should hear something by the end of next week. That next week came and went and heard nothing. I called back again today since I heard nothing. They told me that the item had been lost in transit and that our item has been reissued to order and that it SHOULD goOut sometime this week. This means they have another 15 days to make contact if it even goes out this week. We have already been waiting almost 1 month from the order date coming this Fri. No one even reached out to let us know about issue. This is a prime example of poor customer service. They didn’t even offer expedited shipment on our reorder that was their fault or some way to try and make it right. We will likely not be ordering again and sadly enough we would have been great return customers.
