The staff is helpful and nice. They package items to perfection and get them to customers fast. The store has a wide range of interesting items for homes or gifts, from glamorous to over the top, with a bit of whimsy. Customers are glad they visited and do not regret it. The store often has items that are no longer available, making it a great place to find unique things.
I love Jonathan Adler’s designs and I had to drop by the Chicago store. The store carried lots of beautiful items and more furniture than some of their other stores. Staff were very sweet. Can’t wait to come back.

I went in to purchase a gift for my friend’s wedding. I was greeted so warmly by the 2 associates that were there. They were sooo friendly and helpful. Super engaging one of their names was Jean and I didn’t catch the other lovely ladies name but both were fantastic! The store is magical! Great job!
