The experience was horrible, they are not friendly to anyone and they are racist, they yell at people in front of others and say they don't have access to the data, they talk on the phone with their relatives in front of waiting patients, these people should take a customer service course right now, intensive, especially if it is medical care. The young woman who is not the chubby one is horrible with her bad words and the way she talks to everyone, she is not educated, please replace her with a person who has studied, please. Not recommended, don't go to get your samples there."

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Rude, unprofessional and down right awful! The place is also disgusting and dirty! I would highly discourage anyone from going to this awful place!

Went to get my bloodwork done for my labs. Very fast, clean environment, and efficient service at this location. The nurse had a phlebotomy student there to observe as well and they were the nicest. The nurse who drew my blood was very good to the point that I felt NOTHING at all when she inserted the needle.

Conveniently located and the women who work there are not unattractive upon first view, but they seem to be angry and they are not helpful or friendly. They are difficult to communicate with. For example they told me I needed a number that began with 500. I had no number. I tried to show them my phone and was told they cannot look at patient’s phone. They also could not help me with the cumbersome machine that took my information. When I struggled, they refused to take the information manually. I felt like they treated me like a criminal in jail. They were reasonably courteous by the time I was leaving, and the location is good in the loop so I am raising an otherwise 0-1 rating to 2.

I recently visited this lab for blood work and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The front desk person did not greet me or acknowledge my presence, which made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, the lab technician who performed my blood work was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her accent was difficult to understand, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she responded in a condescending and ridiculing tone. This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Furthermore, as I was leaving, the technician made a rude comment about my eyesight, which I found completely unacceptable.

Love this location. This staff is clear, concise, professional, quick, short wait and gets you in and out quick. Not sure where the bad reviews come from but I have a feeling those people are bringing their own bad moods to this clinic...

I have so much anxiety surrounding lab work and getting my blood drawn. It was my first time here which and Latoya was absolutely amazing. She did everything to make me feel comfortable and she was incredibly good at the draw itself! Highly recommend! I walked in and did not have an appt but the wait was very short!

The staff here absolutely know what they're doing. Everything was very quick and efficient. I had some issues with paperwork but they were very helpful and did what they could to work through it.

Terrible. Rude staff, pushes you to leave your personal information, when actually your paperwork says you're not required to provide your personal information for the blood work. Illegal actions
