The 2 stars make sense. Receptionist clearly hates her job, and even if they give you an appointment and let you check in, they still will act like you’re in the wrong for being there. Hard to find as well.

I am utterly confused by the bad reviews. From the moment I stepped in, my experience was professional. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive.
They were all assertive and very thorough. My tech was Cierra and she was amazing. I would recommend this business.
