Darnell at this location was great. Was trying to find a hat that wasn't in stock by me. He had it and made it super easy to pick up.

Great hat store. They had all styles in different sizes and colors. They also had different price options,the more rustic ones were higher and the modern ones had a flat fee. Staff was very kind at making suggestions ,they had the floor nicely stocked,very clean and well organized.

I like shopping at lids in the Chicago area locations because I can get all the Chicago team hats including the exclusive ones right on the spot, sometimes I do most of my shopping on lids online and pick up at the store.
