“Came in on a Saturday around noon to get fitted for some new running shoes. We waited roughly 45 minutes to be seen. Meg was helping me today and I appreciate the care she took in the entire process. She was thorough and gave me plenty of options/advice based off the evaluations from my foot and from what I told her. I ended up finding just what I was looking for! Highly would recommend coming to one of these to get a better understanding of your feet, shoe ware and how to find a good fit for you.”
“I cannot give this store enough credit. This is my “home” Burton store and Milo is my “home” board expert that I have relied on for 5 years since my first board purchase! Milo is a not only an expert but a snowboarder herself so I always know I can count on her tacit knowledge as well as her learned expertise in snowboarding as well as Burton products. My son is 9 yo and we have both been coming to Milo and Burton Chicago store for products, advice, as well as community. Basically this store has been a representation and key touchpoint for my perception of the Burton brand and Milo as its de facto persona! I love that she is highly professional, authentic, no frill. The snowboarding world can feel male driven and bro-ish and I love that the empowered female boarders like Milo and Toya at this store are standing up their rightful half of the culture and vibe. “Dennis is the best and quickest in Chicago for your tennis stringing needs! I've had my old rackets and new rackets restrung by him over the last year, and the quality and tension was amazing. I've brought my own strings, and Dennis has been able to get it back to me within a day or two, and even once or twice just waited around, and he was able to get it done within an hour or so (just got lunch at the place next door). He's able to provide recommendations as well if you need it. To note: I am a 4.0/4.5 women's player and strings have survived the long grueling USTA matches with great upkeep on tension over time. Pricing is standard and fairly reasonable for Chicago, and all listed on the website: Service, value, and professionalism: 10/10. High recommend Dennis to any tennis player in the Chicagoland area!”

“I needed some vests embroidered for my business, Manic Maids. It was a small run, so I wasn’t sure if some would just do a handful of items. I called around and reached out to Mario. He was quick to answer my questions, gave me a reasonable quote, and made it easy to email my artwork over. I dropped off the vests and embroidery was done within 24 hours. It looks great - just what I needed. They took credit card, which was a plus. I’d use them again for sure. They were good to work with.
As a side note, they had some really cool embroidery and screen printing examples in the office. It looks like they can do some impressive stuff.”

They didn't have the hat in stock, but sent a worker to another store to get the hat I needed. My plan was to come back for the hat (I didn't want to carry bags while on a tour that I was getting ready to go on), but they went above and beyond and offered to ship my items so I didn't have to carry bags!
