They posted hours as open until 7. Showed up at exactly 6pm (after paying for an Uber). Buddy at the door says closed at 6pm.

Didn’t open on time..employee either lost the key or broke key off in the lock and had to wait to someone come to fix it

I’m not sure which location people are reviewing but it can’t be this ONE! I’ve been working down the street for YEARS & I’ve never seen the store closed early! If you’re making plans to go to any establishment searching for something CALL the store 1st!
Which is what i did at 2:10pm “TY” answered & I was inquiring on personalizing a bucket hat for my good friend! He asked me to come right on in when I met with “Cain” who was very kind & personable! Who then led me to “Freddie” I was clueless on the font/size/color & placement of the letters! He did an amazing job & it didn’t take long at all even with someone ahead of me! I will return again! Thank you to those 3 gentleman!

Update your hours or be open when you are supposed to be. Super annoying. Closed at 5pm? Open till 7? Be better

Came to shop in there , payed for parking and the closed at 615pm and online says it’s open till 7pm called and no answer . Owner needs to hold the workers accountable for closing early

Went at 2 PM was not open saying be back soon. I left and did some other things while I waited but made sure to come back before it closed which google said 7 PM. Was closed when I got there before just before 6 PM.

Visiting from STL and my son wanted to shop here like he did the last time we visited. He was told that if he was coming to browse, the store is closed and to come back at 11am the next day. No worries, we will never shop this location again. He was coming to purchase something.
