A very limited selection of team merchandise but they are well stocked with sports cards and have hobby product behind the till. One of the few places downtown selling sports cards!

The employees at this location Forces customers to pay extra for special thread $4 for each panel. When i asked.why was there an added cost for special thread on my receipt the employee said that they have to charge that regardless And he suggested that I get special thread Because it would be the same price.

What a joke! 5 Blackhawks hats in the entire store. Michigan Ave., the Heart of Chicago and we support California. Good store for Chubbie fans.

Showed up at 645pm. Door was locked and attendant said they are closed. Store is open until 7pm. Told me to go a mile down the street to water tower. Terrible.

I was in Chicago for a week closed every time I went. Closed at 5:15 and 6 then was closed at 1:45 in the afternoon. What’s the point of being open. Every time I went there was a guy in there and gave me the signal they were closed.

I'm usually not one to go into stores late, but today was a hectic day. I needed a gift for a friend for tomorrow morning but when I arrived the doors were locked. It was 6:50 pm and the hours say 11 AM-7 PM. It was truly disappointing.

This store has repeatedly closes early at random times. I showed up at 4:45pm on a Friday night and the door was locked! The employees were inside but I was waved away. Update your store hours that are posted online.
