Best service ever. I love the staff. They were always so helpful. Never left that store empty handed. Unfortunately, they closed their door 2 weeks ago on North Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

Wow, what a pleasant experience. The staff were all genuinely friendly, super responsive and helpful. There was no competitiveness between them in who helped whom - they all seemed to work on the same team. This store has got it right!
