Went in looking for new pants for my husband and to get old Lulu pants hemmed. Bill was super helpful and patient with us.
Had a great experience with the woman who checked us out as well.

Everyone seemed miserable. I came across 3 employees during my brief visit this afternoon. One guy was in the back being rude to a couple of customers. There were two girls up front with zero customer service skills and impressively bad attitudes. I had called a few minutes beforehand to ask if they had a certain item in stock and they said yes. I took a look around and saw a few things I liked, but couldn’t find what I came in for. I asked the two girls up front and was told they don’t have that but they have something similar.
This was my first, and last, time going to Lululemon. I was excited to get several items there, but they will never see a penny of my money. Not happy that they wasted my time.
Do better.

An employee named Jessie was extremely nice and helpful. In the past I have had issues with return policies but she was able to help me and let me know exactly what I was and wasn’t able to do. Made my day - lovely woman

Customer service is hit or miss. They are nice to you when you are shopping, not nice when you have to make a return. For the price, your customer service has to be 200% compared to your competition. I received sass and disrespect when trying to return a product. It was unprofessional and left a bad impression. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

I had a really pleasant experience when I went here a couple weeks ago and made a pretty big purchase ($500+). The sales associates were helpful, energetic, and silly. I went back yesterday to return two of the items I bought. One was pants I had trouble styling so changed my mind on and one was a cropped scuba that i had purchased with a stain on it and ultimately decided to not bother with. I was initially frustrated because the manager said the pants could not be returned without the tag due to needing the chip in the tag. However, the manager kindly offered to give store credit on the spot for the scuba. She helped me order a replacement in store. I definitely had moments of doubt, but I think it is overall a respectful team that will try to help you as much as they can within the restraints placed by the corporation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t know her name but she shouldn’t work in retail EVER… I’m now out 153 dollars I will never see again because apparently lululemon just hires anyone. I go to return an align dress and insert my card as I do any other time I have a return. Now the card I purchased the dress with I no longer have nor do I have the account which I did state. I have done this before where I had the money returned on a different card no problem. This chick goes “well it should go in the account” what account the account I don’t have? honestly i’ve been wearing lululemon for 5+ years and now I never want to make a purchase from this company’s ignorant and ridiculous employees again.
