We visited this story last Saturday. We walked on the store and was immediately greeted. This was really unusual in this day and age. We received unbelievable customer service.

It’s an alright little gift shop, with lots of souvenirs based around stuff like police, fire department, military, politics and history. My only real complaint is I didn’t see much if any World’s fair or H.H. Holmes stuff which is odd considering the emphasis on history. Oh well

My family and I went to visit Navy Pier. We wanted to purchase souvenirs to bring back home as gifts. We stopped to check out a small shop called " MAKING HISTORY CHICAGO" not only was I greeted by the friendly staff, but also ending shopping at this one great store. Will return again. ??❤
