Julio spent a significant amount of time with us understanding what type of sleepers we are, what issues we needed addressed, and testing every mattress to find the best fit. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the product and respectful of our budget. We just got our mattress yesterday, and so far really like it, but even if we didn't I would still come back to this store to work with him due to his customer service. “We worked with Scott Baish. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I told him that I was looking for a very firm mattress with limited plush/give to address backaches that I get sleeping on a 2-year-old Saatva Classic. He asked for our budget and showed us four options to try. I ended up getting a Stearns & Foster Estate Ultrafirm mattress. We came on a Sunday and delivery was set for Tuesday. We felt no pressure to purchase while at the store. Delivery was seamless. It’s been a week of uninterrupted sleep with no backaches on the new mattress. I am very satisfied with the service and I hope the quality of this mattress holds up for a while!”

“I was recommended Chicago Discount Mattress by a coworker. I purchased a Satvaa queen and a king mattress. Mike provided excellent service, Despite my last-minute request, he promptly delivered both mattresses the following morning. Both mattresses were in excellent condition, though the queen had a few minor scuffs on the side. This wasn't a concern for me as my bedding easily covers it. Additionally, the mattresses were a steal compared to paying full price! After a few weeks, I can say I'm enjoying quality sleep and no longer waking up with shoulder pain. “Greg was helpful, the process was simple, and the delivery was excellent. Greg did not try to upsell us and guided us to the best choices for our needs. The prices were lower than Wayfair and the fee was reasonable for an incredibly convenient delivery. The inventory on the floor was limited, but futons are pretty straightforward, so it was an easy choice. We were in and out of the store in twenty minutes. Greg then gave us a one-hour delivery window for an appointment three days later (all unheard of in superstore land) and on the day of, called to confirm and was even able to deliver a little early! The whole delivery, from arrival to departure, was only half an hour and was super professional and easy. The installation staff were very kind and courteous, and they efficiently disposed of all the packaging and made sure I knew how to adjust the futon between bed and couch, which I appreciated.
It’s refreshing to work with a small business where you know who you’re working with and they come when they say they will without hassle or middleman. Overall, an easy, efficient, and convenient process - would recommend!”
