Excellent service and very helpful. Explained what we needed in a mattress. I would recommend this store just on the customer service which was superb. Our experience was fantastic.

Sales Rep was amazing!! He listened to my needs and gave me options to try in-store. Really enjoyed my time at the store learning about different features on platforms and the benefits of different mattresses. Victor was wonderful to work with :) I’m so glad I went to the South Loop location.
