I visited this location to activate a phone today 09/20/2025 and the person who attended me answered in a rude way when I ask how much to activate my phone. By the way his name is Lorenzo and If you visit this store don’t let him take care of you because youll have a bad experience.

You are not allowed to give 0 stars, T mobile needs to keep a tighter leash on its pet project companies like Metro - perhaps they could turn down the bait and switch👎... The only two positive reviews from a year ago.. Mr. Garcia and Mr. Papi?.. are they somehow related to the workers employed at this location ?
