I spilled a whole bottle of water on my MacBook and it started malfunctioning immediately before it fully failed and could not be turned on at all. I brought it to Sam at eRepair, he was able to give me a full diagnostic in less than half a day and by the next morning it was fully fixed and completely working like brand new! I had 300 gbs of invaluable data that I did not backup and they were able to fix both the laptop and retain all my data intact. Would definitely recommend to anyone having problem with their laptops. The whole service was also very fairly priced and much less than I had expected.”

“The real deal. After pushy sales tactics to “just buy a new computer” at the Apple Store from a “Genius,” I’m glad I went to New Era. Apple quoted a 7-day wait for parts to replace a fried logic board on my 3-year-old MacBook …and told me all my files were toast. New Era had the burnt resistors soldered, battery replaced, and computer clean with all files in tact in just 3 days. Exceptional service, great value, honest work, and transparent about costs and timeline. Could not recommend enough, you have a lifetime customer.”
