You are not allowed to give 0 stars, T mobile needs to keep a tighter leash on its pet project companies like Metro - perhaps they could turn down the bait and switch👎... The only two positive reviews from a year ago.. Mr. Garcia and Mr. Papi?.. are they somehow related to the workers employed at this location ?

Burglars beware of this place, they will steal from you, add me I changed for the promotion of zero dollars activation cost and they charged me for the activation and 30 for a phone that was free in total they stole 112 dollars from me 05/25/2024

If i could give this place a Zero I definatley would. Just now I went un seeking help. I'm having issues with My phone and cannot call customer serivice. I went un today two times hoping a rep could assist in getting me in contact with customer service and the second time both women on duty yelled at me saying they could note under any circumstances assist me with that. Horrible customer service

I called in regarding my insurance on a phone and was told I needed to pay a $200 deductible I asked why when I have insurance on the phone and the phone didn't cost $200.. When I asked why she abruptly hung up on me. When I called back another lie was told that I have to pay both lines regardless of my second line battery went dead less than a year then they pull this crap that it's no longer available or in stock. But in the same breath if you call the store they're say they're not available at that time for promotional at that specific time. Like as though they don't exist anywhere but if you go to another store they are still in stock just for you to pay for a entire new phone. I have 5 almost new phones

The personnel at this store are awesome! Purchased a phone from a different location, phone malfunctioned, other location claimed it had been dropped. Spoke with peraon at this store, told them my situation, they told me to bring the phone...they examined the phone and determined the the default in the phone was not of my doing...I was given another phone immediately. Great custermer service. You guys rock!!
