Great location, nice building, maintenance requests are normally dealt with timely.Would be great if access card system is updated to be a tap rather than swipe - tenants often struggle to access building using the inconvenient and faulty swipe system.

I have been living at MPP for almost 5 years now. I have continued to have a really great experience with my apartment unit, the building and all of the staff. Dormell and DJ have both been incredible since the day I moved into the building. Truly cannot thank them enough for how helpful they have been.

I've been living in the MPP building for quite some time now, and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. The building itself is well-maintained, offers great amenities, and the location is convenient. The property manager, Mike, is amazing. He's always responsive and takes care of everything promptly!
