Absolutely needs to get rid of Fetch delivery and have a package receiving system like any other normal building. This is a GIANT headache that could be avoided if management were to actually open their eyes to the horrible reviews of this service they pay to contract.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. New building management forces you to use Fetch (just look at their Google reviews) and doesn't do anything about stolen packages. They'll also charge you a 12% increase on rent when you renew without any justification. It's a shame because this used to be a great place to live.

So far it’s been amazing. I love my apartment and I love the community here at the Mondial! I feel like I’m truly home and that means everything! Also Lisette, Will and Steve are the best!!!!
