This is my normal eye doctor's office that I visit for annual exams--but I had to visit two weeks ago for an eye pain/problem. They were able to get me in that afternoon and the visit was quick and informative. I really appreciate their approach and how quickly I was able to get in!

Not from Chicago but I needed help with my contacts and these employees were amazing help! If you do reside in the area, I highly recommend this location for the customer service and experience.

Both the optometrist and the guy who helped me find my glasses were not just professional. They were very helpful and kind. They walked me through all my options and worked with my insurance to get me the best deal. A cozy location with helpful staff. I rarely give 5 stars. But they deserve it
