Been going here for years and have always been relatively satisfied even if it's a little pricy. Anyway...recently they started a new system where you have to do multiple confirmations including a verbal confirmation. So, I called to confirm on what was a very busy day for me and they put me on hold for chrissake. Who has time for that? Whatever corporate genius designed this burdensome system for the customer should be fired.

The doc is always amazing. I expressed a concern and she immediately jumped into trying to figure out whats going on. The GM and Steven were awesome as well.

Doctors offices of any kind give me anxiety and this office made the visit so easy. Dr. Bult was sooo sweet and informative, and the person who helped me check out was so sweet too (I think their name was Lou?)

Updating my review to 2 stars. Customer service is bad, at least on the phone. They should learn to reassure their clients when there is a problem. They hung up on me abruptly. The experience I had with the doctor was nice though.

Dr. Jake was great and took the time to schedule an appointment to an outside specialist himself. Steven was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked through the door, helping me select the right frames and making sure all my questions were answered before my visit ended.

Exam was great. Dr. Built was very patient, answered questions and thorough. Frame consultation felt like I was a bother to the person who appeared to be multi tasking and upwelling.
