New City Halsted Pharmacy is a rare gem and an outstanding pharmacy that provides excellent customer service. The entire staff is amazing, super kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. They operate with a consistent ethos, going above and beyond and out of their way to help. They patiently walk customers through options, coordinate with doctors, handle insurance communication, and find solutions to get prescriptions at a cheaper price. Their service is unmatched and a respite from the norm.
They offer delivery service, which is a plus and a favorite perk, often including a little personal touch. The pharmacy is a no-judgment zone where customers are made to feel welcomed. Many refuse to use chain pharmacies anymore, noting this team is hands down better than any big box pharmacy company. It is a really nice place that makes the experience easy and completely changes the game for any pharmacy experience. There were instances when one of my medicines was not available; however, the team managed to have it delivered the following day and they informed me once they had received it. The communication they provided helped make the whole experience smooth.
