About Olive Branch Mission
The Olive Branch Mission is a shelter providing free beds and food. Many reviews express profound thanks to the staff and crew for their help, support, and the hard work they do, calling it God's work. The facility is described by some as clean, with good people consistently providing three prompt meals a day. There is appreciation for the basic necessities and the effort made with limited resources. However, significant criticisms are raised. Some residents report major maintenance issues, describing the place as nasty with roaches and stating that no amount of chores makes the living quarters clean to a legitimate health standard, calling for necessary repairs. The food, particularly cereal every morning, is criticized, with a plea for staff to seriously consider dietary restrictions. A strong complaint concerns staff attitude, with residents feeling mistreated, looked down upon, and spoken to with a disrespectful tone, as if they are inconveniencing the staff. The enforcement of rules is called uncalled for. There is also a warning to be careful about leaving, as removal is a consequence. Despite the frustrations, there is recognition that the work is taxing and an understanding that the staff runs the place the best way they know how.

Well it's not home, but the family style living makes it very manageable.
I mean situations are different for everyone and if they were passing out bars of gold this place couldn't please everyone.
It's really not that bad.
