This one star review was an accident! This was my first time at the Wicker Park location. Staff was amazing and attentive. Store has a great selection! Can’t wait to go back an explore the store!!

The groomers do a great job communicating and executing baths / nail trims! They communicate when your pet is ready for pick up & the service is always speedy and reliable. Thank you to the groomers!!! My chihuahua is becoming more comfortable with the whole process thanks to their patience!
