“This place is an absolute local gem with great prices and the owner, Laura, is SO welcoming and helpful! My dog chewed through her leash on our morning walk, not living in the neighborhood I googled the pet store nearby and Laura's shop was the closest. What I intended to be a quick trip to buy a leash ended up being 15+ minutes of chatting with Laura about my dogs fav treats, different food options, and tips on how to help her stop biting a leash. We left with samples and a free treat for my pup. I've never ONCE experienced this kind of quality service at a big box pet shop. Im hooked, and will be back! Thank you, Laura!”

Brandon and his whole team are just wonderful to work with and all four of our pets have received great care from the team. Most recently, I lost my father and the Bark Place team watched over all the pets when I attended his funeral - and the Bark Place team went out of their way to send me condolences flowers. Just an incredible and unexpected act of service from the team.”

“Best pet store in Chicago! I've been going there for 35 years. Healthier fish than any other store in this city! Tony is alright! Everyone has a bad day sometimes! And he has been working on his feet for 8 hours! Hey lady have some compassion for him, imagine if you worked on your feet for 8 hours and he came to your job and stopped you from going home at the assigned time? How would you treat him? Next time go earlier. I think Tony's last job was a bouncer in a lounge. Lol.just kidding. I love goldens pet store and everyone in it. Tony is a hard worker, he is very helpful to Mr Golden. And he is loyal to Mr Golden. That's what matters the most! If you want healthy fish; then go to Golden's. if you don't then go somewhere else!”
“This is the best Petco for grooming and caring for your pet. My little dog Jax Is 15 years old and I only trust him to Bridget at Petco. She’s very Gentle, Patient and loving. She loves and cares for my little dog as if he’s her own and that’s what I care about. Five stars to Bridget.”
“My dog Ricky is a happy guy with Pet Patio Pick up. Perhaps I should say I am a happy owner with this easy way to take care of his needs. When he was a puppy and needed to use it more often, late night and early morning needs as well of course 0 degree days. Ricky still goes out but for fun and when it works for me. The quality of care, affordability, and transparency are a cut above the rest. This isn't a corporate vet, this is a warm, family run business. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Paul and Dr. Elizabeth. All the vet techs and receptionist are kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions they can. The veterinary work Dr. Paul specifically has done has visibly and dramatically improved the lives of my pets. I could not recommend a vet more.”
