The staff knows him so well, and it's obvious how much affection and care they show him every time he's there. We truly appreciate the entire team and the way they treat Augie like one of their own. Over the years we've been going there, Samir has continuously improved and expanded the facility. I know Augie loves the outdoor area from the photos they share. All the improvements they've made reaffirm my belief that Samir truly has the dogs' best interests at heart. When I need to board Augie, I have complete peace of mind knowing he's being looked after by people who genuinely care about him. It seems like they really care and are passionate about what they put on their shelves. I asked Akash at the counter about their grooming and he explained their process of one dog at a time, no crates and giving them their full attention. “My pups love this location for daycare and training. We didn't have the best experience at the other Urban Pooch location but this location has smaller dog groups for daycare. What makes this location and the training facility stand out is the staff. I hope the management here appreciates their staff because I have seen some of my favorites leave. It's made me not want to sign up for one-on-one training because the trainer I was working with left, and those classes are expensive to restart. It's not easy taking care of pups at a place that is more boutique than others and so will have a more difficult clientele. Some of the kindest people work here like Rebekah, Jorrah, Krissi, Tristan, etc and should be appreciated.”

They give you a discount if you have your dog enrolled in any of the training programs with Found (literally attached to Mojo Dog Co, and also highly recommend). They also carry all of the supplies and equipment that the trainers at Found use, so following through with training at home is super easy. Great products, great company, great people!”
