Staff is great, but there are no shopping carts, which is ridiculous. You really expect me to carry multiple cans of cat food and boxes of cat litter to the checkout without a cart?

The front door doesn’t work and the parking in the back used to be free but now you have to pay for it using some scammy looking paper. It’s often out of stock of what I need. Nice workers though!

The cashier suggested a brand of cat food for my senior cat, and to my amazement my cat actually like it.Thanks to always pleasant young man is always smiling and super helpful.. My experience with this location is always good.

I placed an order at 3 a.m. on a Thursday for same day delivery, I called i toll free number that afternoon becauseI had not received it. I was told one item was not in stocked and the other two will be delivered. Friday I received an email saying my order was canceled because an items was not in stocked. That was $120.48 that was charged to my card that now I have to wait 7 to 14 days to get back. And I still had to go to PetCo to buy pet food because of this. I don't have money to be through away or have to wait because your company fail to fill my order even if it was a partial order filled
