On Saturday I visit the location. The manager Hector Rodriguez ask me my Social Security from everybody. He was very rude unprofessional. He asked me for a statement. I said I’m sorry I forgot his answer was when you come next time bring with you we don’t we cannot help you without the mortgage Statement. I have all the information I needed. Finally, he said to leave I cannot help you.

Bank won’t allow you to withdraw your own money from a non-check deposit. Said it was a “branch policy”. Called customer service who told said that wasn’t true. Had to go to another branch to get my funds. I like PNC, just unfortunate that this is the closest location to me.

It would be pretty cool if you guys do a little better access to the ATM outside the working hours. Anytime I go there I’m having issues to unlock the door with the card but last time the card reader didn’t work at all so I lost quite time going to this location (around 9pm) and later looking for another one due to card reader not opening the door!

Their bankers are too slow, when you come in they’ll tell you it will be a 30-40 possible an hour til someone be able to assist you. No water or coffee in the waiting area…. Who wants to wait that long just to speak to someone that might have an answer to help you. I was able to open an account doing it online. It saves the wait time. Kinda rude here when you ask them why the long time only have a 2 or 3 bankers that’s it. Worse PNC up north go to a location where it’s more staffs that can fit you in the moment you walk in like other banks if they want your business.

Do not bank a PNC you could be me they have stolen. They had me believe that I would receive the money within six weeks it has been seven weeks I have no update I have no help from the bank they have lied to me I have now seek the Lawyer in the matter and pursuing legal action for stolen money also are you avoid a man named Hector Rodriguez

PEE AND SEE BANK
They totally screwed up my accounts. I'm going to have to take everything out and close the accounts. The manager tried to deflect responsibility and acted incredulously when I told her that I didn't have a desktop computer. I had told her that my laptop had been stolen; and that's why we had changed the accounts; and she was the manager who did it.
That's not very bright. Don't make your customers look bad when the bank is at fault. .
She called another person end that person had a cartoon voice and I knew it would not end well. Her voice went up-and-down like Lauren Bobbert on a...
So we tried to download the app; and then the entire system crashed. That's why I call it Pee and See Bank.
I do not recommend this bank at all.

The customer service that I received from Olympia and Destiny was phonemonial. They were very patient in dealing with my situation and had radiant energy about themselves. There help was greatly appreciated:)

I cashed my Facebook check at the PNC on Broadway & montrose about a week ago. I failed to sign the check and the check went thru. I also activated my new debit card that day. The short..latin..husky man teller asked if I wanted to shred old card and I left with him. I went the next day to sign check and they said it already was processed.. I said how? Without signature? I called customer service and man on phone said I used a stamp. No I didn't. Haven't seen that teller since.

I’d it give a slightly higher rating based on my own customer service experience, but how they’ve been giving my boyfriend the ring around all of this month is unacceptable.
They closed his account without much warning, collection’s customer service hung up on him 3 times then proceeded to have a nasty attitude with him once they did answer, & today he found out the supposed appointment they scheduled for him to fix his account never was set, somehow.
This branch specifically (unsure about the others) insists that you should schedule an appointment in advance to do anything due to staff shortage. While I fully sympathize, there needs to be some form of organization. You literally lost a customer today due to fumbling this hard for no reason. What should’ve been an easy 1 hour fix today has now been turned into “come back next week” situation, according to staff.
Not sure where to criticize the collection agency that PNC works with or w/e but they also need to get their act together.
EDIT 10/30/23: they managed to fix his account with little to no issue in person. Still a little bumpy but we’re taking it one step at a time!
