PNC Bank is a financial institution that strives to make managing finances easier for its customers. They offer a range of products, services, and digital solutions to cater to both simple and complex everyday needs. While one customer had an exceptional experience with Omaira's exceptional customer service, another had a frustrating encounter with a rude teller who dismissed their concerns. However, the situation was resolved when the manager, Anthony, stepped in to assist and ensure the issue was addressed. Unfortunately, another customer had a poor experience trying to reach the bank's customer service by phone. Overall, PNC Bank seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences, with some positive interactions balanced by negative ones.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I had a really great experience w/ Omaira that I have to say her customer service was exceptional. So glad to have this PNC bank nearby.
