Reluctantly rented my first storage unit but it was super smooth and Jorge was friendly and helpful. I hope my rates don’t raise astronomically over time but right now I’m leaving happy and satisfied that I chose Public Storage. The process was very easy which eased my displeasure with having to do it.

Jorge was wonderful. Facility was clean, bright and easy to navigate. It is close to Loyola, and perfect for us! Thank you and we will use you again if we need storage at the end of this year!

Jorge always provides awesome customer service . The building is always clean and I NEVER see any rodents or bugs. My only complaint is the pricing especially for long time customers.
