This is a great storage area to bring your belongings to. Weather it's for a long time or short stay. It's safe, clean and convenient. The staff there is very professional and has great knowledge.

Outstanding Last-Minute Service!
I had to make a last-minute move and needed a storage solution quickly. Public Storage came through with excellent service from start to finish. Jorge went above and beyond — he even called to check in on my move and see if I needed anything or had any questions. That personal touch made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and responsiveness. Highly recommend this location!

On yesterday, I had to move my niece into a storage. You know how those college days are! So of course, I'm not from Chicago, and I didn't how the storage units looked. I made all reservations online. Welp... Once we arrived to unload her possessions, we noticed a lock on the unit. Had to go the the office where I was greeted by, Jorge, who was so helpful. He showed me the basement unit I rented, and I said walking down stairways with your belongings, Not me!! So he swiftly, helped a sister out! He did a transfer, no walking two flights to store her items. I was overjoyed! The establishment was nice and clean, and I appreciated his help. Without him I would of been in a pickle. So overall I give this location 5 stars. And if you see Jorge, tell him To Coach Tee sent you!
