Really don't understand the hate for this facility. It was clean and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Seems like people were confused about how to book and got mad at employees.
The entrance to the building is a giant gilded facade with 111 clearly indicated. There's a second entrance to the south, but I'm not sure how this could be more clear.

Don’t waste your time on this clinic. You prepare specifically for the test, then arrive, only to be told that you need to call because something isn’t working in their system. You call and wait on hold for over an hour, only to be told it’s a different department and needs to be done online—where it’s impossible because you don’t have an online account. And the $650 you spent? No one is refunding that.

I didn’t have an appointment and got there at 7:24 am on a Friday it said they could take me at 7:40 am after I was checked in I was called back in less than 2 minutes and was out the door before 7:40. I came in for blood work and it was fast and simple.

I came into your lab to test for 2 different things, but my doctor only received the results for the CBC's, and Quest did not provide any result for the other. I have to go into your lab again for the missing test, so I had my doctor's office fax the order for the missing test, but no one at Quest answered my calls when I attempted to confirm.
Your automated phone system is inconsiderate and extremely ineffective at getting customers answers.
*I want to mention that this experience of missing one of my labs only happened once (from what I recall), so I give this QUEST location almost 5 stars overall.

Great way to get only lab work done quickly. In and out, no waiting beyond 5 minutes. Very nice and clean. Loved it. ❤️

Chandler is amazing—he was so caring and engaging—I wish he was my phlebotomist every time I needed blood drawn (which is often). He made me feel comfortable throughout and was able to expertly find my vein—not an easy task. Chandler was literally the best.

Although the tech was working and the AC went out and it was hot inside, she was very pleasant, accurate and fast.

Very impatient attendant. imagine saying to you "are you listening to me?" Maybe because im asian , i dont know . im there yesterday 1:10pm. The black African Ameican attended to me. Im trying to be nice but her impatint is obious on her manner of speaking and behavior. Sorry to say but its important to be nice and gentle when you serve.

All around their staff is awesome. Everyone that I talked to from scheduling to billing was exceptional.

The receptionist couldn’t communicate any more clearly that she doesn’t care about her job. Other than it happening twice to me, I also witnessed other customers approaching the window to ask a question only to be completely ignored, or met with a poor attitude. Playing on her phone, incomplete communication about wait times. I don’t think anyone goes to quest expecting high class service, but this was actually embarrassing. I wasn’t expecting to be seen right away, because I was a walk-in, but come on.

I’m not sure what the review below me is referencing but the entrance is indeed on Wabash - it’s a golden building. Take elevator to floor 15 and it’ll be in front.
Good and quick experience. Set up appt for quicker processing. There were several folks waiting but I had appt so I got called first.

First, and most importantly: the entrance to this place is on 50 East Washington, it’s a labyrinth inside so be careful.
Second: arrive on time if you have an appointment or you’ll be put as a walk in if you’re 10 minutes or more late.
The staff is nice and quick but man this old building blows.

I had a great experience at this quest location! There was zero wait time, the service was very fast, and Cassandra made me feel very comfortable while getting blood work done.

I've been to this location in recent years since my original review and it's much better. Quick and efficient.
Understaffed and disorganized. If you can manage it, choose another location.
