Lazy and awful customer service. Had an appointment scheduled and their expectation was that I have my referral in hand like it's 2005. When I explained that a referral was emailed, the employee said that does not know how to operate email and went to ask her supervisor. Said supervisor spent 30 seconds "locating it" and couldn't find it, sending me home. I went to a different Quest location, where the referral was easily located and blood drawn. This place is a joke.

This location opens at 7 am and my appointment was 7:20 am. Waited from 7 am to 7:30 am, no one was there. They opened at 7:30 am and now my appointment postponed to 8:20 am. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.

Been more than 7 days now and I still dont have my blood report while bring sick. Had to cancel my appointment with the doc as well due to this and I remain sick. For a first world country 7 days and more for a blood report?!

This place is literally the worst. Waited 45 min past my appointment time to then get told very rudely they cleared my name out. Colossal waste of time. Go somewhere else

This place is so unprofessional and Quest doesn't care about the complaints they still have the same supervisor Latisha that has been getting complaints for years to continue to run the place with bad customer service. One of the Employees claims She hires friends and family and that's why the service hasn't changed I'm not sure I just know this site Sucks!!

I don't understand the bad reviews on this location. I have been getting blood drawn here a few times a year for the last five years and have always had a great experience. Whether I have an appointment or not, I never have to wait more than ten minutes, and the staff are super friendly and efficient, and highly skilled (based on zero problems after any blood draw).

Today I forgot my lab detail documents for what they needed to test me for and called my doc to have them fax it over. The first time I had gave the wrong number, and had been there for about 20 minutes waiting to only find out when I was called in for testing, the fax hadn't been transmitted. So, I called the doc office back and discovered I had given the wrong number. I then gave them the right number and waited and the fax didn't transmit to them on this second attempt. By this time, I was frustrated and left the building without getting any test done.This location didn't have anyone physically present to check you in. You have to use a kiosk, probably because of Covid. I know when I did call for someone to help me with a fax number, I did have to yell to have someone come to the front to offer this information. The young lady had an attitude and I can't help but to think they just didn't want to help me after that. I will never use this dank location again for anything in the future. I'm big on customer service and I despise wasting time and this place was a complete waste of my time and energy. Go here at your own risk.

If I could rate lower, I would. I wish I’d read the reviews before going in. The turnaround times for results is a JOKE. They couldn’t care less about timely processing. There’s no way to speak to a human on the phone number they’ve provided. Incurring a cancellation fine at the doctor’s because I still don’t have the test results from Quest that I was supposed to discuss with my physician. Such an annoying and frustrating experience

Unethical employees that lies stating walk in aren’t allowed. There are no signs outside the building to quest. We walked around the streets and building for 30min trying to find this place. No one in the area knew where quest is either. Once we arrived to the appt there was a young black woman at the front that said my appt is cancelled. When I checked in for walk in, she said walks ins are not allowed anymore. Quest should make a statement of walk in’s aren’t allowed anymore. Why does quest have the walk in option in the kiosk if it’s not allowed? We spent hours trying to wait by fasting with medical condition there.The lady said she has several scheduled appts around the clock so she can’t take us. We spent another 45 minutes trying to reschedule and we waited and I kid you not 0 patients walked in during that hour.It’s pure laziness of employees that is so unethical!

Rating poorly purely for the stupid check-in machine. It told me to come back three hours later, I did and it told me I had never checked in. Thankfully a staff member was able to help me after I explained the issue. They told me I should have gotten an updated check in time at some point via email but that never happened.Staff was professional, quick, and courteous. Please don't replace a human when the system you replace it with is broken.

Employees at this location sit around and get paid to do unethical things like that and lie to patients.
