I had an amazing experience at Rapha Chicago! Mallory was incredibly helpful—she was so informative and passionate about what she does. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be making all my future purchases with her. If you’re looking for top-notch service, ask for Mallory! Highly recommend!

The shop has not so many items as I expected but still worth to go there. Because of this I give only 4 stars. The guy who work there was fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful for him 5 stars!

Your site won’t allow me to enter an address longer than 32 characters. And then when I split up the address into two lines, it says that that address does not exist. Basically it won’t allow me to ship stuff to my address. Hope the company knows they’re losing sales because whoever created your checkout page created a silly limitation. Also can’t call customer service to place my order! Cuz they don’t have regular customer service hours.

I don't always run into stores five minutes before closing. But when I do, I appreciate when the staff is a good sport about it. I went in to make an exchange. Mallory was great to work with. Easygoing, efficient. I will definitely shop at Rapha again due to the customer service I received. Thanks Mallory!

Jake was patient in helping me last week (just looking) and today to purchase a rain jacket & winter hat. I had to try on to make sure it fit and met my needs.
He also showed me items to consider which included product details that are important to me.
