I don't always run into stores five minutes before closing. But when I do, I appreciate when the staff is a good sport about it. I went in to make an exchange. Mallory was great to work with. Easygoing, efficient. I will definitely shop at Rapha again due to the customer service I received. Thanks Mallory!

Jake was patient in helping me last week (just looking) and today to purchase a rain jacket & winter hat. I had to try on to make sure it fit and met my needs.He also showed me items to consider which included product details that are important to me.I will be back God willing!
