Great place and everything but neither this place and western has the alien Romulus has the led bucket for sale sold out before the movie premieres should sell 1 bucket per person bc rn it’s like $60 to $100 if you want to buy the led bucket online

A cafeteria-style pizza, medium popcorn, 2 sodas should not cost $40. A ticket already costs $20 which is reasonable, but if you're gonna charge that much for concessions, at least make them good

It's a nice clean place but my experience was not a good one, not because of the staff but because the seats are uncomfortable and everything just felt like not at all worth the money. The AMC in Ford City has a way better feel, and when I'm paying 80$ for 2 Tickets, a medium bag of popcorn (no refill), a soda, a tiny pizza and 2 bags of gummy worms, at the very least the seats shouldn't feel like I'm about to take a lecture while sitting in something akin to a Car Seat. The seats don't allow you to sit close to your partner because of an awkward gap between the seats. If you live in the North Side of Chicago, I recommend you take the time and drive to another Theater because despite universally high prices; you will at the very least be in a comfortable seat and you won't have to pay for parking either. 80 dollars I could spent on a nice meal at a local place; an absolute waste of money.

The theater is large and spacious but felt a little grimy and not well kept, especially for the price per ticket. Popcorn in between the seats, sticky tables, overall could have been kept up a little more.

Tickets costly. Also, patrons were loud. No one checking inside the theaters. It's hard to buy a ticket in the lobby. Got to use kiosk. 8 people working behind the food line and only 1 line open on an early day show. Come one people with tons of people waiting in line. Not good, no Bueno. For $15 tickets and to get service like this, I won't be back. Also, please make rounds when movies are on. These chatty 6 teenagers were loud and super obnoxious watching despicable me 4. Because of that our theater couldn't focus on the movie. You guys need to go in more and do spot checks. Stop being lazy cause I did see someone sitting at a counter, so they had staff just like at the concession with 1 line and all those people doing nothing.

I love going to this cinema, the seats are big and so comfortable, the rooms are small which favors the acoustics of the place, and conveys a more cozy and realistic atmosphere, it feels like we are inside the films. But the popcorn leaves something to be desired, for me, cinemas have to have good popcorn, theirs is always cold, it doesn't seem fresh, and that's regardless of the time of day, I was there for the first session, but the impression was the same, no I know they prepare them a lot before opening, but the fact is that they are not as warm and crispy as they should be, and they only provide Pepsi, there is no Coke.

Theater found my wallet wedged in between the seats and when it was returned half my cash was gone :/
