About Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Downtown/Loop
The Residence Inn Chicago Downtown/Loop is a great hotel for the price, offering a comfortable home-base for travelers. The rooms are spacious, on point, and very comfortable, with many appearing recently renovated and well-maintained. Guests describe the layout as comfortable and homey, with well-equipped kitchen areas in the suites. While some rooms showed minor wear like a stained couch or an older mattress, the overall conditions are very good. The staff are super, amazing, great, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The service is even better than the rooms. The hotel's location is perfect, very good, and in the middle of everything, situated in the heart of downtown with excellent walkability. It is close to the Loop subway, different bus lines, the Washington train station, Millennium Park, Cloud Gate (the bean), the Art Institute, river tours, the Sky Deck, and the Lake Shore Trail, all within a short walk. The area is also very safe. A plentiful breakfast is included, described as great, tasty, and very good, featuring a buffet with simple, well-prepared food like eggs, sausages, pastries, and vegan options. The whole building is super clean and nice. It is a super hotel that provides a comfortable and spacious stay, leading many guests to say they will definitely return.

Check in is on 2nd floor... Conference rooms are on 3rd floor. Nice hotel. Was convenient for work gatherings/meetings

We stayed on 23 floor, the only handicap accessible room that was available. Plusses room was huge a big plus, As well as the kitchen and appliances as well kitchen n9
