Rivian sets the highest standards in customer service and somehow exceeds them consistently. Having a service center close to the loop allows me to drop off the vehicle and get to work quickly via UBER or CTA Green Line, and pick the vehicle back on my way home.

Have had my 22 LE R1t in a few times for routine service and great experiences each time. Staff are friendly and efficient and every time I either get a loaner, uber credits or a rental car that they reserve. Facility is so clean and has nice lounge area if needed. My estimates have always been spot on.

Expect great customer service and easy drop off and pick up. Great communication as well.
