Roosevelt Collection Shops is a beautiful outdoor shopping center with a decent selection of stores. It has everything needed from clothes and jewelry to restaurants and a cinema, though some places have closed down. The shopping area provides great dining variety and great prices. A major highlight is the great Farmer's Market on Thursdays and the fresh market, which offer a lot of delicious choices. There is a great parking lot with free parking for two hours when validated at local stores. It is a nice place to get shopping done at once, though it is noted that there is not a lot to do unless visiting a specific place.
I only love the theater it’s the best part of Roosevelt collection....sadly the theater here is closed there are nice eatarie around though

-2 stars for the expensive parking! $10 for an hour. Stores are okay. Employees are very good. Don't park at the streets there. Park in the underground parking. Then the stores can validate your parking. I didn't know this, there are no clear sign either explaining this.
