When I visited the store a few days ago, an African-American employee greeted me in Chinese, not English.
I am Asian, but I am Korean, not Chinese. and Koreans speak Korean, not Chinese.
If you can't judge whether I'm Korean or Chinese just by my appearance, don't speak in Chinese just because I'm Asian. This is the United States.
I mean English is enough.
But if you're a racist, I wouldn't care if you told me in Chinese.
I purchased good items from this store and I am grateful.

No longer work shopping here. They have security stopping you at the door, only allowing one person in at a time. Clothing selection for men is minimal and looks like it comes from Goodwill.

This location needs to do better with clothing for young women. If you are an old lady lots of options but pre teens almost nothing or nothing I would want my daughter to wear. Saw some booty shorts and all the shirts are cropped what are we doing hear? Ross do better. Also there needs to be a dedicated jacket section. This is Chicago most of the year the weather is unpredictable. At least have some light jackets & raincoats.
