Costumer service was rude to me. After paying for our items this "security " person was rude in Spanish by implying we were stealing. When we had our receipt. Felt targeted and unappreciated that we just spend 100 in that store.

There is always a queue at the checkout, one or two, maximum three checkouts are open. A mile queue (line), this is the reason because we come here very rarely.

The floors were so dusty and dirty. The clothes that fell off the hangers were really nasty. Things weren't where they said they shouldn't have been. It was not a pleasant shopping experience

This store has consistently been a source of disappointment. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this store. After spending $300, I had to come back to return some items. This was within the return window. The items were body wash and body scrubs. As I don't use scented products, none of them had been opened. The cashier had to call the manager to check some of the items. The manager came down and told me that I can’t return some items. I asked him why, his reply was because “you used it”. I was baffled as none of the items had been opened or used. His rude assumption and nonchalant apology almost seemed mocking. He turned away and left while I was still speaking. This whole time he was so condescending with his speech and approach. This has been my worst retail experience. Despite spending $300, the manager didn't even consider why I would try to get a refund of less than $15 for used items. Sadly, this is not the first time I've encountered rude behavior from the staff here. Additionally, I felt extremely disrespected and discriminated against because I am a Muslim woman and wear a hijab. My only regret is that I didn’t get his name.
If you value being treated with dignity and respect, I would avoid this store
