I have already encountered careless, unprofessional service of the bank's client staff several times. I even thought of going to another bank, but somehow it was not patriotic.My credit card was canceled a month ago. I was at the Cumberland branch and was told that in 2 weeks I would get a new card. It's been a month and I haven't received my card.as it turns out, the case with my card was not even completed in order to apply for a new oneBecause it seems that the employee who served me did not indicate the reason why the card was canceled and no one even called me and told me what was the matter and why I still did not receive the cardWhen I finally called the central office, which was almost impossible, someone there did me a big favor and looked into why I still haven't received the card.Very upset with the service in the bank.It is not enough that you have to wait in line for hours, then you will still get unprofessional,negligent service.This is very disrespectful to the bank's customers.

I had such a wonderful experience with Selfreliance Credit Union when purchasing my first home. The mortgage loan officer, Galyna Salgalova, and the closer, Oksana Hrudzevych, were so professional, supportive, informative and really had my best interest in mind. They answered any questions that I had and guided me through the whole process. They were always prompt with any inquiry, they made my loan approval and closing process as smooth and as easy as possible. Because everything was handled timely by amazing Selfreliance's team, I was able to purchase the house of my dreams. No words can fully describe how grateful am I for all the attention and thoughtfulness that Galyna Salgalova and Oksana Hrudzevych provided to me. Thank you very much! Not only I got an excellent service, but I also felt that Selfreliance's team really cares about their customer needs. The loan fees were really reasonable as well and the terms of the mortgage are much better than in most bigger banks. Self-reliance Federal Credit Union allowed their customer to deposit a multi-party check without my endorsement which was in violation of the Uniform Commercial Code mandate. This customer had a business account but through research was unable to locate a business license, another violation that demands all those with a business operating has state licensure.

Little Ukraine in Chicago. The bank is very comfortable: chair's, light. The personal is very patient. I had very slow internet. They helped for me to access waiting for 1 hour. I am very appreciated for them. THANKS!!!
