Alondra was no help at all. Tried to up charge on the plan.. Never explained the benefits for each plan. Was even on her phone texting while helping us. I don’t think she knew the correct information on anything. Worst costumer service. It was a simple new account of 3 numbers. Me and the family went to another location (Pulaski by the orange line) and ended up getting everything we needed, was told all the information that we needed, even got the best deal for everything. She needs better training for sure. She dropped the ball on us.

Ariana was very helpful and knowledgeable about my device and how to resolve my issue. I had a problem pairing my wife’s iwatch with her iPhone. I explained my problem to Ariana and she immediately knew what to do.

Delivery service Sucks!!!! After 3 attempts I still don't have the items purchased!!! It's on both customer service and delivery team!!!! No communication Waiting on management to call!!! Will keep you posted

I talked to Customer Service on the Phone and explained to them, I will go into the Store to make a payment, not once she explained to me it is a fee to make a payment inside the Store.

Super slow, unorganized, and pathetic. They make mcdonald's service look good. Was here for an hour and 15 minutes before I walked out. When I first walked in, no one greeted me, so I wasn't put on the wait list until 20 minutes after. I was only put on the wait list because I saw them put someone else on the wait list, so I had to ask to be put on there. Of the 8 customers who walked in after me, I only saw them put 4 of them on the wait list. There were 2 guys who were just standing around not doing anything. There were 2 girls helping 1 customer. 1 girl came out the back after 50 minutes that I was there, asked a customer if the transfer was done, and he said no, so she went back to hiding in the back. She could have helped a different customer in those 50 minutes. Then a couple walked in, and they said they wanted a specific employee to help them because they helped them before in the past. When this employee was done helping a customer (which was the first 1 to be done being helped in over an hour that I was there) she helps the couple who was only there for 5 minutes, skipping the other 7 customers who had been waiting 20-60 minutes before the couple. So that was a waste of time.

Very courteous, Respectful, and helpful. They gave me the best deals T-Mobile offers and even saved me money from 3 different ways. Great crew at that location and a special thank you to Gustavo. 11/10

Came wasn't asked how I could be helped. No sign-in. Then magically there is a sign-in and people that entered behind get signed in before me. I clearly tell the employee I was here before the others and he just nods. Customer service is ridiculous and all I need to do is pay a bill. SMH.

The worst Tmobile I ever been too! When in because my phone keeps dropping the signal. they checked my phone and was told it has warranty since it looked like it was phone defected and it would only have to pay 5 dollars to replace it. Days passed and came in today to replace it. They took my phone and took the protection screen off and it had a cracked and was told they couldn't replace it which I understood y but when I asked them to replace the screen protector at least they said NO since I did buy it there. Which i came out 2 days early from work basically for nothing

This t-mobile is a joke, won’t sell you a phone unless you buy accessories and tell you they won’t transfer your phone info over the phone before you even come in or even ask. How do you want people to buy off you if all you do is ring them out for a phone??? Had to drive to a different one out of my way just to upgrade.

I was attended by a manager she was very rude and not wanting to help me whatsoever. I would ask a question and they did not want to even look up my account and see what the problem is on their system. She then told me another associate will be with me and he was also very rude and insisting I upgrade my lines and trade in my existing phones. They were whispering to each other things about my account and laughing. Overall horrible experience at this location. They kept insisting over and over that I switch plans and pay $90 on the spot and then $90 more each month. Horrible rude people. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
