Ariana was very helpful and knowledgeable about my device and how to resolve my issue. I had a problem pairing my wife’s iwatch with her iPhone. I explained my problem to Ariana and she immediately knew what to do.

I talked to Customer Service on the Phone and explained to them, I will go into the Store to make a payment, not once she explained to me it is a fee to make a payment inside the Store.
