Stroger Pharmacy provides prescription services for Cook County Health patients, including those from outpatient services, same-day surgery, the emergency department, and discharge patients. Patients can refill prescriptions by calling a 24-hour refill line. The pharmacy also assists individuals without prescription benefits by exploring coverage options and medication assistance programs. Reviews highlight mixed experiences at Stroger Pharmacy. While some customers appreciate the outstanding and professional staff, others report long wait times—sometimes up to three hours—and incomplete medication availability, leading to frustration.
