I was super excited to attended my first class here, however, it was a disappointing experience. Due to heavy snow and bad traffic, the bus was delayed by 8 minutes but prior to class time still. When I arrived, they wouldn’t let me join the class since they required 15 mins arrival prior. After a 30-minute commute in the snow, it felt like a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this studio to first-time students or newcomers.

Such a beautiful studio. My trainer Angie was incredible.. the burn is real! I love the Lagree method. It truly changes your body! I can't thank Studio Lagree Chicago and Angie enough!

Studio Lagree has been a game changer in my workout routine. I have strengthened my body and fixed a lot of weaker areas (lower back and arms especially). I am learning how to work out by building muscle and protect my back while doing so. I could not recommend Studio Lagree more- it takes 5-10 classes to get used to the flow of class, so be prepared for that learning curve. The workouts don't get easier- it's a very humbling workout, you get used to the class flow and different moves, but there's always ways to challenge yourself the longer you stick with it.

If you wanna feel the burn in the moment and for two days after, this is the workout for you! Modifiable and the time flies, before you know it you’ve had a full body workout!

I’ve been to all of the chicago studios except highland park, if that counts. All of the studios are super clean and the staff are friendly. Instructors are all great, but the reality is Pilates/Lagree is harrrrd. You’re mostly just focused on yourself… your form and not dying haha so if you enjoy a good workout, no doubt, you should at least try it! And I recommend committing to 3-4 classes to really get the hang of it. I took ~10 classes in a month and I was challenged intensely every class, no matter the instructor. :)

Instructor (Kim) was excellent, patient and helpful with newcomers and appropriately encouraging/hardass. A day later was feeling the exact core burn I was looking for. Definitely recommend checking it out.

I love Studio Lagree for a serious core workout - think of it as Pilates on steroids. The classes are always challenging and fun. The place is clean. The instructors are professional and booking is super easy.
