terrible, inhumane conditions. they have signs everywhere telling you not to take pictures or videos, probably because they don't want people to see how bad the conditions are in there

most of the animals are in terrible conditions... I bought two chameleons and one of them died the next day .. I call to see what they would tell me and the only answer was a rude and despotic woman saying there is no guarantee on the animals and I got very hung up … terrible service
