I would like to share my experience at the TMobile store. Huge Kudos to the store manager Yajaira V. I went to three stores looking for a particular phone. The manager and staff worked hard to call around and find the phone I was looking for. Awesome leadership , thinking outside the box to accommodate customer. I ran into another issue with my Pixel watch called T-Mobile customer service received no help and attitude. I called the 1647 N Milwaukee store spoke to Yajaira and was able to get the issue resolved. As a customer this was the best customer service experience I've encountered. Thank you Yajaira and staff you are the best!!!!! Keep up the great work ...... K.H

Walked into the store, immediately felt the vibes were off. I wanted to ask a couple of questions about trading in my device but the lady with the short hair was being rude and dismissive with her responses. I think her name was desiree ?? poor customer service experience

Went to the store twice to return my old phone & their system was down both times. They were to have me ship it out but couldn’t even print off a damn return label. Now on the phone with HQ. I have wasted 3 hours of my life with absolutely nothing being accomplished. Why did I switch from Verizon….

Kids working at this place make it abundantly clear that you’re interrupting their standing around time. Went in to try to get a new phone. Girl with blue hair said the only way for me to do that would be for me to trade in my current one. Otherwise she said I had to pay for all of it up front. She said I had to open a new line to get a new phone. That didn’t sound right. I told her I’d financed phones before and that I had recently pulled up options on my phone. She dismissed me and said I must of just been on the website. Told her no, I was logged in. She let me know I should just go to customer service. Went outside logged in and pulled up financing options, got to one of the final screens where I select to either trade in or SKIP TRADE IN, came in and asked what this meant. Her and another guy with curly black hair smirked at me. He said, we don’t have that phone. I told them I don’t want that phone, but illustrating my point. He was like, “just call customer service”. Got it, unwilling to help. He said have a nice day, they were both smirking at me. Called customer service and they told me I could absolutely go on a payment plan to finance a phone. They gave me options. Customer service also apologized for how unprofessional their associates comported themselves. Not my first experience with rude employees at this store. Have a 75% chance of getting someone useless if you go here. Go somewhere else or call customer service like they insisted

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a T-mobile, be wary of the girl with blue hair, she was unhelpful, rude and boarder-line racist, I hope t-mobile improves their hiring process.

WOW. So I just bought a new phone. Needed to transfer from old phone to new. Took it in to the shop because I'm kind of non tech-savvy, I live in the woods for christsakes. Anyways, walked up to the counter, explained the situation, and the guy said he didn't know how. I was like, isn't this something you do every day. And he was like not with these circumstances. I tried to get him to explain what he was tgalking about. I asked if anyone else here could help. He originally said no, then he yelled across the room to (I assume his colleague, but he was playing video games) to help, and he said he couldnt, because he was playing games.Is this the real life? I still have been able to transfer anything over

I’ve been with T-Mobile now for almost 3 years and every time has always exceeded my expectations… I didn’t think the service could get any better until I visited yesterday evening. There were 2 employees working. A young lady and the gentleman that helped me, Kyle. My phone was having issues and Kyle was able to explain to me and assist me. I upgraded my phone quickly and efficiently. Kyle and the young lady were awesome. Im most definitely coming back to upgrade my children’s phones..

Again, another closed store. There is a sign in front saying “Temporarily Closed” all the lights are on… so much for saving the planet and light bills. Why does google maps say it is open when it’s is closed??? Very disappointing.

My Mom stuck plastic forks in the charge port since it was full of crumbs (momzzz, right?) , a piece broke off, stuck inside and the phone could not Charge. This store was super busy as I was waiting to check in. The woman who checked me in listened to my plight and said they had no technicians in.. but took the phone , and with some magic tool took tout the confirmed piece for plastic fork tine. Thank you to infinity!!! If you are in the Wicker park area, support this store

Amazing service from Alicia!! She kept the store open and stayed late to make sure that I got my upgrade and the promotion for a new iPhone. She didn't take "no" for an answer from the customer service person on the phone, who said I wasn't eligible despite several other sales agents telling me I was. I will definitely be going back here for any other issues!

I needed to purchase a hotspot. T-Mobile at this location arranged for one to be available for me with short notice. When it arrived I met with Destany, who walked me through everything, set me up and made things so easy. There was no judgement, just super helpful thru every step. So professional and kind, especially w someone like myself - love technology but not an expert. I really appreciate the stellar customer service! I've been a T Mobile customer for 20 years and it's interactions like this - one of the big reasons I stay with T Mobile. Thank you!

They say they close at 8 pm. I got there at 6 and they were closed already. Correct the information on Google map.
