    This place is perfect for a couple to single household. It's in a nice area and is cozy for those who don't want to keep up a huge place. Don't have to worry about cleaning up all day and can enjoy more time outside in Chicago.
    I recommend it 👌. Property manager was chill and a big help with all my questions.

    The Bachelor and the Flats itself is a top notch run place. Special acknowledgment to Dino who has taken care of and answered any questions I may have had . Any questions or issues I might have had get resolved within the day or the next day. Highly recommended
