Great location, amenities, and staff. The new management team is very helpful and responsive. Had a major concern (that did not have to do with the apartment itself) that was immediately addressed and resolved with professionalism and kindness. The management team does their absolute best to help out residents.

I had a great experience touring The Duncan. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. Tobias, the Leasing Manager, was especially helpful—professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

I lived at the Duncan for 4 years. It was. Wonderful experience and we met so many people on our journey living there. Thanks for the great memories.
