Tobey Prinz Beach Park is a beautiful, neighborhood beach park with a great, laid-back vibe. It is a great place to be whatever the season. The park features a playground, a picnic area, and is dog-friendly. It is connected to Loyola Park and is located right next to the pier and the "Artists Wall". The scene includes neighbors, students, families with children, and folks with dogs. The water on the south side of the pier is very shallow. It is a kid-friendly beach with sand and surf, though some note the water can have dirt and non-natural stuff. It is never too crowded and is a beautiful place to relax, think, and chill.
A wonderful place for sports, recreation, and breathing fresh air.
